Our goal is a high-quality, healthy and ecological but at the same time cost-effective construction with minimal energy consumption. Thanks to the use of all components of the work systems and technologies we developed, it is possible to achieve cost reduction for planning and construction of a new building of up to 30% under the local prices.

With bioclimatic architecture, maximum comfort with minimum energy consumption is achieved in a house or building. In a bioclimatic home, a high percentage of energy can be saved for heating and cooling if purely architectural mechanisms are applied to the design of the house. In this way we can take advantage of the energy that nature offers us. In order to achieve these goals, CASAA Architekten PartGmbB takes the following points into considaration when planning bioclimatic houses:

Ecological passive houses

We plan passive houses using ecological building materials, which are far more energy efficient than traditional houses, because we use resources of bioclimatic architecture in the planning. Our passive houses have a very low energy consumption and offer a pleasant room temperature all year round - in contrast to traditional houses - without the use of conventional heating.

Healthy building materials

Our houses are eco-houses and consist of purely ecologically valuable building materials. We attach great importance to sustainability and build with carefully selected and certified building materials that have no harmful substances, which allows a 100% healthy home. In our eco-houses there is a healthy indoor climate and you breathe only the best air.

Building communities (also assemblies or groups of builders)

The appartment prices are rising rapidly and most families are familiar with only two ways of acquiring a home - a new real estate property from a developer or an existing property from a real estate agent. To achieve the return of about 10-20% from the sale, a developer must keep building materials cheap and space quality simple. When acquiring an existing property, a real estate agent must charge a commission of up to 7.14% of the sales price.

Building communities offer a good, cheaper alternative to a new flat of your own. Planning and building with CASAA Architekten PartGmbB in building communities offers families the opportunity to design their own new apartment or house ecologically, healthy, and with the use of high-quality building materials and thereby save real estate developer and real estate agent costs.

KfW efficiency houses

The term efficiency house is an energy standard for residential buildings, which the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) has introduced. KfW is a national development bank that offers cheap loans and subsidies and supports the construction, purchase or renovation of residential property. A KfW efficiency house has various energy standards: KfW 70, 55, 40 or 40 Plus. The smaller the ratio, the lower the energy requirement and the higher the financial support.

The Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV) defines maximum values that a reference building must comply with. A KfW efficiency house 100 complies with the requirements of the EnEV. A KfW efficiency house 55 requires 55% of the reference building's energy, a KfW efficiency house 40 as low as 40%, and a KfW efficiency house 40 Plus requires more energy generation equipment and facilities.

The funding volume includes not only the pure purchase price for the building, but also ancillary costs and expenses for consulting and planning.
