casa [ˈkasa] stands for house, apartment, dwelling, home, townhouse, terraced house...and this is exactly where the core competences of CASAA Architekten PartGmbB lie - we specialize in housing. Our specialist areas include design of detached houses, semi-detached houses, terraced houses and multi-family houses, refurbishments, remodeling and extensions of houses.
Our goal is a high-quality, healthy and ecological but at the same time cost-effective construction with minimal energy consumption. Thanks to the use of all components of the work systems and technologies we developed, it is possible to achieve cost reduction for planning and construction of a new building of up to 30% under the local prices.

A young start-up company for ice parlor franchise asked us to develop a corporate identity concept, logo-, graphic- und interior design as well as the construction of their first store. The premises are located at Avenida Diagonal in Barcelona, on the south-west side and third floor of a shopping center complex.
In the area of sales we raised a false continuous gypsum board ceiling and after completion of a 3d-simulation model hang a series of made to measure corrugated panels of polycarbonate plates on the false ceiling, marking the character and use of the premises as an ice cream parlor. The basic lighting of the premises is achieved by means of downlight, 50W and 26W LED luminaires embedded in false ceilings. For projections of illuminous scenes on the ceiling panels, three RGB LED projectors are installed. We designed and made to measure all graphic prints for the walls and the great part of the furniture: the bar-loft, built-in wardrobes and built-in benches.
